Salmon in the Classroom Mini-Grants

Due to funding limitations, mini-Grants will NOT be offered during the 2009-2010 school year.
The Franklin Conservation District is sponsoring mini-grants in the amount of up to $500 for 8 schools currently participating in the Salmon in the Classroom Program. Schools are encouraged to use the grants to augment their existing curriculums, pay for field trips that provide vital learning experiences for students and other items not currently funded by their school districts.
Who is Eligible: Schools currently participating in the Salmon in the Classroom Program that are seeking funds to augment their existing curriculums. Schools that received mini-grants but did not complete a final report are ineligable.
Geographic Requirements: Schools must be located in Eastern Washington.
Application Requirements: To apply for a mini-grant you must fill out the grant application form and return it to the address below.
Fax and e-mail submissions are also acceptable.
Award Notification: Mini-grant recipients will be notified.
